Abstract
This study aimed to clarify the differences in overall quality of wine grapes'Malbec''Petit Verdot'and'Pinot Noir'among different subregions in the eastern foot of Helan Mountains,with a view to providing a reference for the scientific cultivation and varietal zoning of these three varieties.Principal component analysis(PCA)composite scores showed that'Malbec'had the best overall quality in the Yinchuan subregion,'Petit Verdot'in the Yuquanying subregion had the best fruit quality,and'Pinot Noir'performed best in Hongsipu subregion.Partial least squares discriminant analysis(PLS-DA)results showed that the characteristic difference compounds of'Malbec'were(-)-epicatechin extension unit(EC-ext)and(-)-epicatechin gallate extension unit(ECG-ext),the main characteristic difference compounds of'Petit Verdot'were total flavonoid,total tannins and titratable acid content,and the main characteristic difference compound of'Pinot Noir'was total tannins content.关键词
