The Influence of Different Bag Treatments on Fruit Quality and Aroma Substances of'Shine Muscat'Grapes

Abstract
Fruit bagging technique is widely used in viticulture management,but different fruit bags have different effects on fruit quality and aroma due to the difference in light transmittance and air permeability.In this study,five years old'Shine Muscat'grapevine was used as test material,and nine kinds of fruit bags were set up,and the differences of fruit quality and aroma substances were compared.The results showed that,compared with the control,the contents of fruit aroma substances were decreased after bagging.Among different fruit bag treatments,white non-woven cloth bag had the best comprehensive performance,with large,full and yellow berry,and soluble solid content of 17.07%,titrable acid content of only 2.56 g·L-1,strong fruit pressure resistance and stem tension resistance,and fruit aroma substance content of 782.19 ng·g-1.Aldehydes,terpenes and alcohols were the main substances.Therefore,it was recommended to popularize the use of white non-woven cloth bags in production to improve quality of'Shine Muscat'grape fruit and increase the rate of superior fruit.关键词
