以'津郁'葡萄为材料,调查赤霉素(GA3)对花序的拉长效果,并探讨GA3和氯吡脲(CPPU)对其无核化及果实品质的影响.结果表明,新梢5~6片叶时(花前15 d),用6 mg·L-1 GA3喷洒花序得到的果穗最长;各处理对葡萄无核化和果实品质影响不同,其中盛花后3 d用25.0 mg·L-1 GA3+2.5 mg·L-1 CPPU、盛花后15 d用25.0 mg·L-1 GA3+5.0 mg·L-1 CPPU的两次处理的果实无核率最高;从果实综合性状来看,各处理均优于对照,其中盛花后3 d用25.0 mg·L-1 GA3浸蘸花穗、盛花后15 d用50.0 mg·L-1 GA3+5.0 mg·L-1 CPPU再次处理的效果最好,表现为果穗紧凑、果粒均匀.本试验可为'津郁'葡萄高品质生产提供参考.

Using'Jinyu'grapes as material,to investigate the effect of gibberellin(GA3)on inflorescence lengthening,and the effects of GA3 and chlorpyriuren(CPPU)on its seedlessness and fruit quality.The results showed that the longest cluster of fruit was obtained by spraying 6 mg·L-1 GA3 in inflorescence at 5-6 leaves(15 d before flowering).All treatments had different effects on grape seedlessness and fruit quality,among the treatment with 25.0 mg·L-1 GA3+2.5 mg·L-1 CPPU dipping cluster at three days after flowering,and 25.0 mg·L-1 GA3+5.0 mg·L-1 CPPU dipping cluster again at fifteen days after flowering had the highest seedless rate.From the comprehensive characteristics of fruits,each treatment was better than the control,among the treatment of 25.0 mg·L-1 GA3 dipping cluster at three days after flowering,and 50.0 mg·L-1 GA3+5.0 mg·L-1 CPPU dipping cluster at fifteen days after flowering had the best effect,appeared that berries were compact and uniform.This experiment can provide reference for the high-quality production of'Jinyu'grapes.
