山葡萄不同代际间杂交群体抗寒性差异调查分析OA北大核心
Investigation and Analysis of Difference of Cold Resistance in Different Intergenerational Hybrid Populations of Vitis amurensis
于2021-2023年以山葡萄F1~F3代共14个杂交群体为材料,通过调查不同代间及代内群体越冬后的抗冻等级差异,探讨山葡萄抗冻性遗传特性.结果表明,抗冻性随山葡萄血统稀释而减弱,F1代抗冻性最强,有87%以上的后代可以免埋土越冬,且无明显母系遗传特点;F2代抗冻性减弱,F2代中正反交组合的抗冻性表现出母系遗传特点,以抗冻的F1代做母本可以获得更多抗冻后代;F2代与欧亚种杂交的F3代抗冻性较F2代更弱,但与美洲种或其他含有抗寒基因的亲本杂交后提升了F3代的抗冻能力.
In this paper,14 hybrid populations from F1 to F3 generations of Vitis amurensis were used as materials from 2022 to 2023,and the genetic characteristics of cold resistance of Vitis amurensis were discussed by investigating the differences of cold resistance levels between and within different generations.The results showed that cold resistance decreased with the dilution of the blood of Vitis amurensis.The F1 generation had strong cold resistance,at least 87%of the offspring could overwinter without buried in soil,and didn't show maternal genetic characteristics.The cold resistance of F2 generation was significantly weakened.The cold resistance of reciprocal cross combination in F2 generation showed the characteristics of maternal inheritance,and more cold resistant offspring could be obtained by using cold resistant F1 generation as the mother.The cold resistance of F3 generation was weaker when F2 crossed with European subspecies than F2 generation,but the cold resistance of F3 generation was improved after crossing with American species or other parents containing cold resistance genes.
