柽柳不同生育期可培养内生真菌群落特征OACSTPCD

Characteristics of Culturable Endophytic Fungal Communities detected at Different Growing Stages of Tamarix ramosissima

为了解内生真菌在多枝柽柳Tamarix ramosissima不同生育期及各组织部位(树枝、树叶)中的分布特征和群落组成变化,明确内生真菌群落与不同生育期多枝柽柳之间的关系,对多枝柽柳可培养内生真菌群落特征进行了研究.采用植物组织分离法,依据形态学和分子生物学方法对不同生育期(休眠期、生长期、开花期)多枝柽柳的内生真菌进行分离鉴定,获得内生真菌216株,属于26属62种.利用统计学方法分析了内生真菌在多枝柽柳不同生育期中的群落特征与变化规律,比较多枝柽柳3个生育期的内生真菌优势属.结果显示:休眠期和生长期时树枝的优势属为链格孢属Alternaria,开花期则为葡萄孢属Botrytis;生长期树叶中的优势属是毛壳属Chaetomium,开花期则为葡萄孢属Botrytis;另外,细极链格孢A.tenuissima、交链格孢A.alternata在3个生育期均有发现.在生长期和开花期,多枝柽柳树枝中的内生真菌多样性高于树叶;多枝柽柳由休眠期到生长期再至开花期时,内生真菌的种类减少,种属发生显著变化.

In order to understand the variations of distribution pattern and community composition of fungi at different growth stages of Tamarix ramosissima for clarification of their relationships with each other,genera and species of endophytic fungi present in T.ramosissima at the dormancy,growth and flowering stages were investigated.Morphological and molecular biological studies of the endophytic fungi isolated from different organs of T.ramosissima plant led to obtainment of a total number of 216 fungi strains,identically belonging to a number of 26 genera or 62 species.Comparative and statistical analysis demonstrated an existence of variations on the composition and structure of endophytic fungal community between the different growth stages of plants.The dominant genus of endophytic fungi observed in branches at both dormancy and vegetative growth stages was Alternaria while at the flowering stage that was Botrytis.On the other side,the dominant genus of endophytic fungi in leaves at the growing stage became to be Chaetomium.A.tenuissima and A.alternata were detected at all three stages.Interestingly,it was found that the species diversity in branches was higher than that in leaves at both of the growth and flowering stages.As T.ramosissima changed from dormancy to growth and flowering stage,the number of endophytic fungi species dropped and the content between species and genera changed significantly.
