穴位注射运动疗法联合冲击波治疗气滞血瘀型肩周炎的临床研究
Therapeutic Effect of Acupoint Injection Motion Therapy Combined with Shock Wave Therapy in Treating Scapulohumeral Periarthritis of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Pattern

Abstract
Objective:To analyze clinical efficacy of acupoint injection motion therapy combined with shock wave therapy in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis of Qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern.Methods:96 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given basic treatment and shock wave therapy;on which basis,the treatment group was also given acupoint injection motion therapy.Results:The scores of TCM symptoms,VAS,CMS and ADL were significantly improved after the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05);the improvements in the treatment group were more significant than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The clinical curative effect was better in the treatment group than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of basic treatment,acupoint injection motion therapy and shock wave therapy has a significant therapeutic effect in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis of Qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern.It can alleviate pain levels,improve shoulder joint activity,improve qualities of life and work,with its advantages in high safety,easy operation,moderate cost and high compliance.关键词
