穴位注射运动疗法联合冲击波治疗气滞血瘀型肩周炎的临床研究OACSTPCD
Therapeutic Effect of Acupoint Injection Motion Therapy Combined with Shock Wave Therapy in Treating Scapulohumeral Periarthritis of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Pattern
目的:分析穴位注射运动疗法联合冲击波治疗肩周炎(气滞血瘀型)的临床疗效.方法:选取2022年5月—2023年7月在甘肃省中医院门诊治疗的96例病例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各48例.对照组采用基础治疗+冲击波治疗,治疗组采用基础治疗+穴位注射运动疗法+冲击波治疗.比较两组治疗后中医症候积分、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、肩关节功能评分(CMS)和日常生活质量评分(ADL)4项评分总积分和临床疗效.结果:治疗组治疗后中医症候积分、VAS、CMS及ADL评分均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效总体比对照组更具有优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:基础治疗+穴位注射运动疗法+冲击波治疗肩周炎(气滞血瘀型)临床疗效显著,可明显缓解疼痛程度,改善患者肩关节活动度,提高患者生活及工作质量,且操作简便、价格适中,患者接受度较高.
Objective:To analyze clinical efficacy of acupoint injection motion therapy combined with shock wave therapy in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis of Qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern.Methods:96 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given basic treatment and shock wave therapy;on which basis,the treatment group was also given acupoint injection motion therapy.Results:The scores of TCM symptoms,VAS,CMS and ADL were significantly improved after the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);the improvements in the treatment group were more significant than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical curative effect was better in the treatment group than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of basic treatment,acupoint injection motion therapy and shock wave therapy has a significant therapeutic effect in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis of Qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern.It can alleviate pain levels,improve shoulder joint activity,improve qualities of life and work,with its advantages in high safety,easy operation,moderate cost and high compliance.
