On Transformation and Leap:Labor Processes in the Context of Empowerment of New Quality Productive Forces
摘要
Abstract
New quality productive forces fundamentally provides new momentum for the development of China's labor processes,and it also offers new research paradigms and perspectives for studying labor issues in China and constructing a Chinese autonomous knowledge system on labor.Based on the historical evolution and laws of traditional labor processes,the contemporary labor process in the context of empowerment of new quality productive forces has undergone new transformations,and it specifically manifests in the intelligent,efficient,and autonomous nature of labor subjects,the diversification,digitization,and greening of labor materials,and the infinite,virtual,and personalized character of labor objects.Meanwhile,contemporary Chinese labor processes also face challenges such as a lack of significant innovation,uneven development,and urgent adjustments in production relations.To achieve a leap in the labor process,it is essential to focus on major national strategic needs,cultivate high-level,high-quality,and efficient laborers,achieve high-level technological self-reliance,and enhance the new momentum of development.By integrating scientific and technological innovation resources,it is possible to lead the development of strategic emerging industries and future industries.Thus,through high-quality labor processes,we can create material and spiritual wealth,promote the great progress of Chinese-style modernization,and initiate a new form of human civilization.关键词
