Technology Empowering the Construction of Rural Governance Community:What Is Possible and What Can be Done——Based on the Experience Interpretation of"Dingzhi"in F County,Northern Jiangsu

Abstract
The construction of a rural governance community is not only an ideal pursuit of implementing the rural revitalization strategy in the new era,but also an important aspect of promoting the modernization of rural governance.On the basis of clarifying the concept of rural governance community,a three-dimensional analysis framework of"subject system behavior"was constructed.It is found that the current rural society is facing the problems of the absence of endogenous subjects and the singleness of grassroots organizations,the lag of institutions and the weakening of constraints,the weakening of authority and the alienation of values,which have become obstacles to the construction of rural governance community.Based on a case study of the"Dingzhi"platform in F County,northern Jiangsu Province shows that digital technology is beneficial to realize the triple empowerment of subjects,systems and behaviors in terms of subject expansion,system promotion and consensus cohesion,which makes it possible to build a rural governance community.Based on the long-term goal of rural revitalization and rural governance modernization,we should follow the feasible paths such as subject cultivation,institutional guarantee,and technical support to promote the construction of rural governance community to a new height.关键词
