癌症幸存者生育忧虑与医学应对、风险感知结构方程模型的构建
Construction of structural equation models for fertility concerns,medical coping,and risk perception among cancer survivors
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship between fertility concerns,medical coping,and risk perception among cancer survivors and apply stepwise regression and Bootstrap method to verify the mediating effect.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 516 cancer survivors using the Reproductive Concerns after Cancer Scale,Medical Coping Scale,and Risk Perception Scale.And apply stepwise regression and Bootstrap method to verify the mediating effect.Results:The score of fertility anxiety among cancer survivors was(63.23±12.66)points;The score for the medical coping dimension was(21.11±6.48)points,the score for the avoidance dimension was(16.68±6.80)points,and the score for the surrender dimension was(13.16±4.67)points;The risk perception score was(39.95±11.87)points.The results of the structural equation model showed that risk perception had a negative impact on facing(P<0.05),and a positive impact on avoidance,surrender,and fertility concerns(P<0.05);Avoidance and submission had a positive impact on fertility concerns(P<0.05),while facing fertility concerns had a negative impact(P<0.05);Medical coping served as a mediating variable between risk perception and fertility concerns.Conclusion:Cancer survivors have moderate levels of fertility concerns and risk perception,and are more inclined to adopt face-to-face coping strategies.Medical coping can regulate the interaction between risk perception and fertility concerns.关键词
