地方人口变化对区域职业教育发展的影响及对策研究
The Impact of Local Population Changes on Regional Vocational Education Development and the Countermeasures

Abstract
Education serves a certain population,and in the new population development situation of negative growth,low fertility,aging,and high mobility nationwide,to cope with the challenges of population changes to Jilin Province's vocational education development,this study predicts the vocational education age population for 2025-2050 based on the current population size and structure in Jilin Province;systematically sorts out the educational resources of vocational education in Jilin Province,including schools,students,faculty and regional distribution.The results show that the total population of Jilin Province is gradually decreasing;the proportion of the aging population is gradually increasing and gradually entering the deep aging stage;the birth rate is low,and the number of births has continued to decline;the urbanization rate is slow,and the rural population is decreasing;the population is concentrated on the center of the city;the level of education received by the population is continuously improving.The educational resources of vocational education in Jilin Province show a trend of continuous decline in the development of medium vocational education,rapid growth in the development of higher vocational education,and insufficient development of adult education.Under the new population development situation,Jilin Province's vocational education development faces challenges such as a crisis of students,uneven distribution of resources,unequal development of urban and rural areas,and an imbalance between supply and demand of continuing education.Based on this,to achieve high-quality development of vocational education in Jilin Province,a dynamic monitoring mechanism should be established,educational resources should be optimized,educational and teaching reform should be deepened,and the development of continuing education should be accelerated.关键词
