彭培初从"相火"论治良性前列腺增生经验浅析
Peng Peichu's Experience in the Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia from the Perspective of"Ministerial Fire"
摘要
Abstract
Professor Peng Peichu is good at treating benign prostatic hyperplasia from the perspective of"ministerial fire".He believes that the root causes of benign prostatic hyperplasia are insufficient kidney yin and frenetic stirring of ministerial fire,which can lead to binding of phlegm and stasis and occlusion of the lower energizer,which is the key for the onset of the hyperplasia.He focuses on clearing the ministerial fire and enriching kidney yin as the basic treatment,combining many other methods according to the syndrome differentiation,such as drying dampness and fortifying the spleen to resolve phlegm turbidity,soothing the liver and regulating qi to dissipate stasis,clearing heat and inducing diuresis to relieve obstruction,and unblocking the blockage if the patient has urinary block.His treatment has achieved remarkable results.A typical case is attached.关键词
