为充分挖掘高速公路施工企业竞争文化要素间的作用关系,提升高速公路施工企业竞争意识,推动交通强国战略目标实现,本文对高速公路施工企业竞争文化建设路径进行探究.利用词频-逆向文件频率(TF-IDF)算法对291家施工企业的竞争文化文本表现特征进行提取,构建个人要求、晋升激励、质量成本管理、部门管理理念、合作与竞争观念、社会责任与使命6个影响因素的高速公路施工企业竞争文化作用关系概念模型.通过偏最小二乘法结构方程模型(PLS-SEM)分析各要素间的作用关系.最后,基于竞争文化要素间的路径系数,构建激励型路径、引导型路径和反馈型路径共3种高速公路施工企业竞争文化建设路径.

In the reports of the Nineteenth Party Congress and the Twentieth Party Congress,the strategic decision to build a strong transportation nation was repeatedly emphasized.The construction of a strong transportation nation has been expedited to promote the high-quality development of transportation.Cross-cooperation with other fields has become a mainstream trend as it is an integral part of comprehensive transportation.Moreover,competition among enterprises has intensified,shifting from project competition to diverse forms such as talent,social resources,green performance,and innovation.The outdated competition culture can no longer meet the requirements of highway construction enterprises in this new round of competition.Consequently,accelerating the construction of a competitive culture system within these enterprises becomes an essential measure to enhance their soft power and contribute to the strategic goal of building a strong transportation nation.Competition culture refers to the collective consensus and atmosphere within society that upholds the competition mechanism and respects the rules of competition.Specifically in the context of enterprises,competition culture reflects the enterprise's attitude towards market competition,serving as an indicator of its competitiveness.To examine the elements of competition culture in highway construction enterprises,this study employs the TF-IDF algorithm to analyze the competition culture texts of 291 such enterprises.By combining the results with expert interviews,the performance characteristics of competition culture keywords are identified,leading to the development of a comprehensive competition culture framework that encompasses personal requirements,internal competition culture,and external competition culture.This framework is based on the characteristics found in the competition culture texts.Subsequently,a conceptual model is constructed to illustrate the role of competition culture in highway construction enterprises,comprising six influential factors:Personal requirements,promotion incentives,quality and cost management,departmental management concepts,cooperation and competition concepts,and social responsibility and mission.The study empirically examines the relationships between the elements of competition culture in highway construction enterprises and the magnitude of their respective roles using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling(PLS-SEM)technique.Surveys targeting departments,team leaders,and grass-roots employees of highway construction enterprises are conducted to gather data.Based on the identified relationships and path coefficients,three types of competition culture construction paths are delineated for highway construction enterprises:incentive-type,guidance-type,and feedback-type paths.The innovation of this paper lies in its subdivision of the traditional macro cultural attributes,with a specific focus on the concept of competitive culture.While existing research primarily discusses the role of culture,there has been limited investigation into the construction of culture itself.This paper addresses this gap by utilizing an algorithm to extract corporate culture text,providing a solid foundation for determining indicators.Additionally,the study employs partial least squares structural equation modeling to examine the interrelationships between different elements of competitive culture.As a result,this research not only enriches the theoretical understanding of enterprise culture but also expands the research scope in this area.From a practical standpoint,the findings can help accelerate the construction of competitive culture within highway construction enterprises,ultimately enhancing their overall competitiveness.
