干细胞移植对缺血性脑卒中的保护作用及机制研究进展
Research progress on the protective effect and mechanism of stem cell transplantation in ischemic stroke
摘要
Abstract
Ischemic stroke is characterized by high mortality and disability rates,and conventional treatment approaches have limited effectiveness in improving outcomes.However,using stem cells has emerged as a promising therapeutic option for ischemic stroke as they can promote angiogenesis,regulate immune responses,inhibit cell apoptosis,reduce oxidative stress,replace damaged cells,and secrete neurotrophic factors.As a result,stem cell therapy has become a research hotspot in the field of ischemic stroke treatment.This article provides an overview of the neuroprotective effects of stem cells in treating ischemic stroke,highlights related research advancements,and aims to support further clinical research and application of stem cell therapy for ischemic stroke.关键词
