Advances in Grape Research and Evaluation of Nutritional Resources
葡萄(Vitis vinifera L.)是葡萄科葡萄属多年生落叶藤本植物,作为浆果类的水果广受大众喜爱,其营养价值丰富,营养成分也是人们关注的热点.葡萄中富含丰富的营养成分,如糖类、有机酸、矿物质、维生素等.葡萄中的糖主要包括葡萄糖和果糖,这两种糖是人体主要能量来源,此外,矿物质如钾、钙、镁和铁也是葡萄中的重要营养成分.本文将通过对葡萄栽培现状、形态特征及营养成分等的归纳总结,为今后葡萄的综合开发和利用发展提供理论基础,并对葡萄果实的营养评价资源与利用进行详细探讨,综述了葡萄果实品质资源的研究进展,对果实种质资源进行评价以及对葡萄今后开发及综合利用进行展望.
Grapes(Vitis vinifera L.)is a perennial deciduous vine plant of the genus Vitis in the family Vitaceae,which is widely loved by the public as a berry fruit,and its nutritional value is rich and its nutrient composition is also a hot spot for people's attention.Grapes are rich in nutrients,such as sugars,organic acids,minerals,vitamins and so on.Sugars in grapes mainly include glucose and fructose,which are the main source of energy for the human body,in addition,minerals such as potassium,calcium,magnesium and iron are also important nutrients in grapes.In this paper,we will summarize the current situation of grape cultivation,morphological characteristics and nutrient composition,etc.,to provide a theoretical basis for the future development of integrated development and utilization of grapes development,and nutritional evaluation of resources and utilization of grape berries in detail,an overview of the progress of research on the quality resources of grape berries,evaluation of fruit germplasm resources as well as prospects for the future development and comprehensive utilization of grapes.
