On the Evolving Trends in U.S.Intelligence Work in the Process of Digitization
摘要
Abstract
[Research purpose]The iterative upgrading of digital technology can promote the optimization of intelligence work.The Unit-ed States,as the country with the most complete intelligence system and the most advanced intelligence model in the world,studying the trend in the evolution of its intelligence work in the process of digitization will not only help correctly understand the relationship between intelligence work and the development of digital technology,but also will help China to better cope with the United States'intelligence penetration of China under the new situation.[Research method]Aiming at the four key variables of the U.S.intelligence work,name-ly,main objectives,objects of concern,key tasks,and system construction,and applying the methods of literature research,historical re-search,and inductive analysis,the process analysis of the evolution trend of U.S.intelligence work is carried out with the main line of the three phases of the development of digital technology:informatization,networking,and intelligentization.[Research conclusion]U.S.intelligence work has shown the following evolutionary trends in the process of iterative upgrading of digital technology:The main goal has been adjusted from contributing to the ideological competition between the United States and the Soviet Union to the reshaping of the post-war international order and the confrontation of geopolitical tensions;the area of concern has been expanded from the traditional security field to the non-traditional security field,and the global leadership in important areas;the key tasks have changed from focusing on the o-verall competition between the United States and the Soviet Union to responding to the new security threats and optimizing the empower-ment by digital technology;and the system construction has shown an evolutionary trend of modernization,integration and digitization.关键词
