Historical and Developmental Research on U.S.Cyber Threat Intelligence Work Under the Lens of Intelligence Strategy System
摘要
Abstract
[Research purpose]The cyber domain,often referred to as"the fifth domain",has evolved into a critical strategic area where great powers compete and non-state actors persistently engage.As the birthplace of internet technology and a dominant player in intelli-gence,the United States has an early start and a relatively comprehensive system in the field of cyber threat intelligence,holding a leading position globally.Its practices provide significant reference value for China in countering cyber attacks and safeguarding cybersecurity.[Research method]Utilizing web-based research and document analysis techniques,this study collects and interprets relevant policies and practices concerning cyber threat intelligence within the U.S.intelligence strategy system.It summarizes the representative stages in the evolution of U.S.cyber threat intelligence work and outlines the working framework and attribution tools used.[Research conclu-sion]In the era of the Internet,the importance and role of cyber threat intelligence in national security and development have become in-creasingly prominent.China needs to further optimize the strategic planning and management of cyber threat intelligence,deepen forward-looking theoretical research,and strengthen international cooperation in the field of cyber threat intelligence.关键词
