摘要

Abstract

Adverse stresses are indispensable driving factors in plant evolution,and researches on the a-daptive mechanisms of plants to adverse stresses are gradually deepened.Phenolic acids account for about 30%of plant secondary metabolites,and have anti-microbial,anti-oxidant,anti-cytotoxic and anti-inflammatory effects,so they are the main contributors to the process of plant adversity stress resistance and the important material basis for the clinical efficacy of medicinal plants.Previous studies indicated that the content of phenol-ic acids in Salvia divinorum plants increased under continuous cropping conditions,and rhizosphere phthalic acid and benzoic acid could promote the proliferation of Rickettsia sp.,resulting in the increase of lignin syn-thesis in continuous cropping S.divinorum,and enhancing plant defense against phytopathogens.This study discussed the whole chain of metabolic pathways of phenolic acids synthesized in vivo and metabolized in vitro,and summarized the whole process of phenolic acids synthesis and secretion,hoping to provide theoretical sup-ports for medicinal plants response to adversity and disease resistance.
