Effects of alfalfa substitution with different proportions of Sophora alopecuroides L.on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,and immune indexes of Hyla rabbits
试验旨在研究不同比例苦豆子替代苜蓿对伊拉肉兔生长性能、屠宰性能、血清生化指标和免疫能力的影响.选取35日龄健康、体重相近的伊拉肉兔120只随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复6只.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,各试验组分别添加4%、8%和12%的苦豆子替换基础饲粮中的苜蓿.预试期14 d,正式试验期56 d.结果表明,与对照组相比,4%组肉兔试验全期的平均日增重及试验第28 d、56 d的体重显著增加(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05);宰前活重、半净膛率和全净膛率显著增加(P<0.05).与对照组相比,各试验组肉兔血清球蛋白(GLB)含量显著降低(P<0.05),γ-谷氨转肽酶(GGT)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性均显著提高(P<0.05);8%组、12%组肉兔血清葡萄糖(GLU)、总胆固醇(TG)含量显著降低(P<0.05).与对照组相比,8%组肉兔胸腺重量及胸腺指数显著降低(P<0.05),肝脏指数显著提高(P<0.05);4%组肉兔血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量显著增加(P<0.05).研究表明,伊拉肉兔饲粮中苦豆子的添加上限为8%,苦豆子添加量为4%时,肉兔的养殖效果最优.
The aim of this experiment was to study the effects of alfalfa substitution with different proportions of Sophora alopecuroides L.on the growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,and immune indexes of Hyla rabbits.A total of one hundred and twenty 35-day-old healthy Hyla rabbits with similar body weight were randomly divided into four groups with five replicates per group and six rabbits per replicate.The rabbits in the control group were fed a basal diet,and the others in the experimental groups were fed 4%,8%,and 12%Sophora alopecuroides L.instead of alfalfa in the basal diet,respectively.The pre-test lasted for 14 days and the formal test lasted for 56 days.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily gain and body weight at the 28th and 56th days in 4%group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed to gain ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The live weight,half evisceration rate,and full evisceration rate were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the serum globulin(GLB)content of experimental groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the activities of γ-glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and alkaline phosphatase(ALP)were significantly increased(P<0.05).Serum glucose(GLU)and total cholesterol(TG)concentrations in 8%and 12%groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Thymus weight and thymus index in 8%group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and liver index was significantly increased(P<0.05).The concentrations of serum immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)in 4%group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The results show that when the upper limit of Sophora alopecuroides L.is 8%,and the supplemental amount of Sophora alopecuroides L.is 4%,the breeding effect of meat rabbits is the best.
