Abstract
⑴ Background——The value realization of forest ecological products is a powerful means for the transfor-mation of"Two Mountains"and solving the contradiction between economic development and ecological environ-ment.However,factors misallocation,information asymmetry,low efficiency of labor production and other prob-lems restrict the value realization of forest ecological products.Digital technology has the characteristics of perme-ability,substitutability and synergy,which can be widely embedded in various economic production activities and alleviate the constraints in the process of realizing the value of forest ecological products. ⑵ Methods——Based on the panel data of 10 provinces in the southern collective forest areas from 2011 to 2021,the entropy weight method was used to evaluate the development level of digital technology in each prov-ince,and the super-efficiency SBM model was used to estimate the realization efficiency of the value of forest ec-ological products.This paper selected the development level of digital technology as the core explanatory varia-ble,the value realization efficiency of forest ecological products as the core explained variable,and the misallo-cation of forestry capital,forestry labor forces and forestry land as the mechanism variable,and selected some in-dicators from the three aspects of natural conditions,economic development and social development as the control variables.The double machine learning model and intermediary effect model were used to empirically analyze the impact of digital technology on the value realization efficiency of forest ecological products and its mechanism in the southern collective forest areas. ⑶ Results——First,digital technology has a significant positive impact on the value realization efficiency of forest ecological products,and its regression coefficient is 2.1324,and the conclusion remains unchanged after the robustness and endogeneity tests.Second,digital technology can improve the efficiency of realizing the value of forest ecological products by effectively alleviating the misallocation of forestry production factors.Among them,digital technology has the strongest effect on alleviating capital factor misallocation,followed by labor mis-allocation,and land misallocation is the weakest.Third,there is heterogeneity in the efficiency of digital technol-ogy in realizing the value of forest ecological products.The higher the level of regional economic development and the enrichment degree of forest resources,the stronger the promotion effect of digital technology on the value real-ization efficiency of forest ecological products. ⑷ Conclusions and Discussions——Based on the above conclusions,the following policy suggestions are put forward:First,accelerate the deep integration of digital technology and forest industry.Strengthen the penetration of digital technology into all aspects of the social reproduction of forest ecological products,accelerate the construction of forestry application scenarios such as digital forest farms,smart villages,and forestry Internet of Things,etc.,and make every effort to create a new highland for the digital development of the forestry indus-try.Second,give full play to the role of digital technology in the allocation of production factors.Break the barri-ers of the flow of urban and rural factors,smooth the channels for the flow of capital factors,activate the circula-tion of labor market,and improve the efficiency of land use to enhance the dynamics of the endogenous develop-ment of forestry.Third,the collective forest areas with different economic and natural endowments should take precise measures according to local conditions.关键词
