资源协同视角下紧密型城市医疗健康集团远程诊断项目成效分析
Effectiveness analysis of remote diagnosis in a compact urban medical and health group from the perspective of resource synergy

Abstract
The health system in China has been faced with the relative shortage of high-quality medical re-sources at the primary level.As a model of medical alliances,urban medical group plays an important role in pro-moting hierarchical medical system.In order to build a high-quality and efficient urban medical group service sys-tem,consolidate the achievements of hierarchical medical system,and further perform the pilot work of the con-struction of compact urban medical group,the paper summarized the remote diagnosis of the medical group dedica-ted to promoting resource synergy based on the structure-process-result three-dimensional model.The analysis re-sults showed that the scale of remote diagnostic services is developing well.It not only reduces the operation cost of the medical group but also reduces the medical burden on patients.The remote diagnosis has broken through the bottleneck of primary health professionals,made up for the shortcomings of primary health services,and achieved a win-win situation between doctors and patients,so as to further promote the implementation of hierarchical medi-cal system.关键词
