On the Unique Mission and Implementation Paths of Vocational Education in Promoting Common Prosperity under the Background of New Quality Productivity Forces
职业教育是新技能培训与新劳动力再生产的推动者,是培养创新型技术技能人才和技术研究的中介者,是技术知识升级的开拓者.职业教育能够对接技术技能创新、满足劳动力需求,促进产教融合与新质生产力应用,为共同富裕奠定基础,其与新质生产力的搭配能够增强社会的适应性和灵活性,推动新技术技能普及与应用,进而为共同富裕提供持续动能.鉴于此,需要提供稳定的资金支持,确保职业教育与新质生产力发展紧密对接;及时引进新质生产力相关技术技能,增强职业教育在数智时代的适应性与灵活性;弥合技术技能不平等、区域不均衡,实现新质生产力驱动下的共创共富共享.
Vocational education is the promoter of new skills training and new labor reproduction,the intermediary for cultivating innovative technical talents and technical research,and the pioneer in upgrading technical knowledge.Vocational education can connect with technical skills innovation,meet labor demand,promote industry-education integration and the application of new quality productivity forces,and lay the foundation for common prosperity.Its combination with new quality productivity forces can enhance the adaptability and flexibility of society,promote the popularization and application of new technical skills,and thus establish a sustained momentum for common prosperity.In view of this,it is necessary to establish a new system and strong driving force to promote common prosperity,provide stable financial support,ensure that vocational education is closely connected with the development of new quality productivity forces;timely introduce technical skills related to new quality productivity forces,enhance the adaptability and flexibility of vocational education in the digital age;bridge the inequality of technical skills and regional inequality,and realize the co-creation,common prosperity and sharing driven by new quality productivity forces.
