Human Resources Management and Labor Right Protection
摘要
Abstract
As the management practice of"people-centered"transnational corporation,human resources management has been applied diffusely in China.However,in human resources management practice of enterprises in China,the values and techniques have been separated.Over division of labor,too much overtime work,severe management system caused serious labor conflicts.Therefore,to set up the employee-oriented human resources management system and labor relations risk prevention mechanism in enterprises should be an effective path of overcoming labor conflicts of Chinese enterprises.关键词
