Abstract
To develop democracy at the grassroots level and democratic management is one of the causes of China's economic development.In recent years,trade unions have made achievements of enhancing the democratic management system with the elementary form of Workers Congress.At the same time,along with economic and social transformation and the changes of labor relations,employee's demand of democratic management is increasing,and democratic management is facing new opportunities and challenges.We should emancipate our minds,research on the theoretical system of democratic management with Chinese characteristics,enhance legislative process and strengthen supervision,so as to improve the democratic management system in China.关键词
