Influence Mechanisms and Practical Analysis of Employment in the Network Platform to Industrial Relations
摘要
Abstract
Relying on Internet technology,the Internet platform efficiently matches supply and demand information,so that morepeople involved,the creation of a new economic gowth point,to bring new jobs,and to form the network platform labor market Based on the classical theory of labor market segmentation,this paper presents the workplace segmentation theory to explain the employment in the network platform to inluence industrial relations mechanism,adopts the survey results of the United States and China,as well as,analysis practice of network platform industrial relations from employment earmings(hourly wage),working hours and employment satisfaction.The results show that the network platform labor market break the limitations of workplace labor market creating job,both types of labor markets are complementary.In sharing economy,the key to build a harmonious industral relations is to balance the flexibility of employment and the stability of labor relations,which depends on the trade unions to strengthen governance capacity,at a wide coverage of the new industrial relations reshaping of union representative for the labor.关键词
