"双碳"目标下,氢能作为清洁能源,辅助电力系统生产,对碳达峰碳中和具有重要的意义.本文介绍了氢能产业链的发展现状、发展意义和应用前景;总结了制氢、储运和氢能应用等环节的技术经济性,着重分析了储运过程中的技术经济性问题,对比气氢长管拖车、罐车运输、管道运输以及航海运输四种不同储运方式的平准化成本,20 MPa气氢长管拖车运输每增加100 km,平准化成本增加3.44 元/kg,30 t/d液氢罐车运输每增加100 km,平准化成本增加0.27 元/kg,氢气管道输送每增加100 km,平准化成本增加0.41 元/kg,而航海运输平准化成本普遍较高.分析表明采用管道的气氢运输储运成本最低,适合长距离、大规模、需求稳定的情景;小型液氢的储运成本最高,主要用于航空航天领域;高压气瓶储氢和高压气氢长管拖车技术成熟,是国内外主流的储运方式,但不适合大规模长距离运输.氢能产业在制氢、储运和氢能应用相关环节依然存在成本高、安全风险及转换效率等各种挑战.未来氢能的发展需在关键技术突破,运行成本降低、相关技术标准制定、政府补贴等方面进行改进,这些改进对大规模氢能时代的制氢、储氢、输氢、分销、应用的成本及市场化趋势有着重要的意义.

Under carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,hydrogen energy assists the power production system,it's great significance for carbon peak and carbon neutralization.This paper introduces the development status,significance and application prospect of the hydrogen energy industry;summarizes the current economic and technological development of hydrogen industry in hydrogen production,storage and transportation,and hydrogen energy application,and focuses on the analysis of the technical and economic problems in the storage and transportation process of the hydrogen industry chain,and compares the levelized cost of the different ways of storage and transportation,including the gas-hydrogen long-tube trailer,tanker transportation,pipeline transportation,and marine transportation,and the results of this analysis show that the gas-hydrogen transportation by pipeline has the lowest storage and transportation cost,and is suitable for long-distance,large-scale and large-scale transportation.The analysis results show that pipeline hydrogen transportation has the lowest storage and transportation costs and is suitable for long-distance,large-scale and stable hydrogen demand scenarios;small-scale liquid hydrogen has the highest storage and transportation costs and is mainly used in aerospace and less for civilian use;high-pressure cylinder hydrogen storage and high-pressure gas-hydrogen long-tube trailer technology is mature and is the mainstream storage and transportation mode at home and abroad,which is not suitable for large-scale and long-distance transportation.Hydrogen industry still has various challenges such as high cost,safety risk and conversion efficiency in hydrogen production,storage and transportation,and hydrogen application.The future development of hydrogen energy needs to be improved in terms of no breakthroughs in key technologies,reduction of operating costs,development of related technical standards,and government subsidies.It is of great significance to predict the cost of hydrogen production,storage,transmission,distribution and application in the era of large-scale hydrogen energy,and the trend of marketization.
