摘要

Abstract

Based on the requirement of wide input range for receivers in long distance signal transmission of multipoint low voltage differential signalling(MLVDS)circuits,a high speed and wide range common mode voltage shifting structure is proposed.It can shift the common mode voltage without affecting the differential mode voltage,thereby improving the input signal quality of the back-stage comparator and maintaining the overall receiver operating frequency.The designed MLVDS receiver circuit is verified by simulation based on 3.3 V process.The results show that its differential input can be in the common mode voltage of-5 V to+15 V,and it can receive a differential mode signal with a differential mode size of 50 mV at high speed.The structure is suitable for many high-speed I/O interface circuit designs.
