光皮木瓜及皱皮木瓜的营养成分比较分析
Comparison of Nutritional Components in the Fruits of Chaenomeles sinensisand Chaenomeles speciosa

Abstract
The differences in nutritional components between the fruits of Chaenomeles sinensis and Chaenomeles speciosa were investigated.The total sugar,soluble sugar,starch,crude protein,crude fat,titratable acid,plant flavonoids and tannin of the pericarp and sarcocarp of Ch.sinensisand the fruit samples of Ch.speciosa were determined.The results showed that the contents of total sugar,soluble sugar,starch,crude protein,crude fat,titratable acid and total flavonoids in the fruits of Ch.sinensisand Ch.speciosawere significantly different,but the contents of tannin were not significantly different.The total sugar content in the pericarp and sarcocarp of Ch.sinensis was 279.45 and 283.51 mg/g,and the soluble sugar content was 85.29 and 74.66 mg/g,respectively,which was significantly lower than that in Ch.speciosa.The contents of crude protein in the pericarp and sarcocarp of Ch.sinensis were 121.26 and 136.88 mg/g,the contents of crude fat were 10.62 and 58.36 mg/g,and the contents of total flavonoids were 4.43 and 5.82 mg/g,respectively,which were significantly lower than the content of corresponding components in Ch.speciosa.The determination and analysis of the main nutritional components in the fruits of Ch.sinensis and Ch.speciosa is of great significance for the further comprehensive development and utilization of Ch.sinensis.关键词
