Situation Characteristics and Development Trend of Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education Institutions under the Background of Powerful Country in Education

Abstract
Sino-foreign cooperative education institutions is one of the important components of opening up higher education of our country which plays a special role in promoting the construction of a powerful country in higher education.Currently,there remain questions and challenges when it comes to the structural layout,talent cultivation,collaborative innovation of scientific research and supervision on policies.Under the background of powerful country in education,Sino-foreign cooperative education institutions should put the high-quality development as the important mission,optimize the structural layout,build high-quality education ecosystem,advance the quality of talent cultivation,expand the scale of higher level talent cultivation,improve the teacher construction,build up the talent strategy system which includes introduction and cultivation,build up international scientific and research platform,push forward regional cooperation and innovation,strengthen the top-level design and optimize the effectiveness of governance system.关键词
