The Value Implication,Goal Guidance,and Practical Path of Organized Scientific Research in Vocational Schools

Abstract
Organized scientific research is one of the important ways to achieve high-quality development of vocational schools.At present,vocational schools unite scientific research forces with common research goals and value pursuits,improve scientific research effectiveness through efficient resource allocation and utilization,stimulate scientific research potential through strong team collaboration and technological innovation,overcome scientific research obstacles through scientific and reasonable institutional mechanisms,effectively strengthen the goal guidance of organized scientific research,and solve the problem of vocational school scientific research work shifting from"disorder"to"order".Under the new situation,vocational schools need to promote organized scientific research based on their actual situation,by adhering to goal orientation,optimizing governance structure,building collaborative platforms,improving evaluation mechanisms,and other aspects,comprehensively improving the level of scientific research services,independent innovation capabilities,and talent cultivation quality of the school,and meet the needs of national strategic development.关键词
