Displacement Energy Storage Control Strategy for Dynamic Positioning Offshore-platform Based on Electric Propulsion
为解决海洋平台作业负载工况及海况变化时产生的功率波动问题,提出基于电力推进的动力定位(dynamic positioning,DP)海洋平台位移储能控制策略.通过建立海洋平台DP系统与三自由度运动学模型,获取平台位移偏差与位移储能功率的定量化关系,提出利用位移储能响应电力系统功率波动的控制方法.针对DP控制响应延时问题,建立系统频率-DP 位移储能-电力推进补偿转矩响应模型,实现位移储能参与频率动态调节,提升电力系统稳定性.最后,利用RT-LAB半实物平台建立DP海洋平台电力系统模型,验证所提控制方法功率波动平抑效果.
In order to solve the problem of power fluctuation caused by the change of operating load conditions and sea conditions in offshore-platform power systems,this paper proposes a displacement energy storage control strategy of dynamic positioning(DP)offshore platform based on electric propulsion.By establishing the dynamic positioning system of the offshore platform and the three-degree-of-freedom kinematics model,the quantitative relationship between the offshore platform displacement deviation and the displacement energy storage power is obtained.A control method utilizing displacement energy storage to respond to power fluctuations in the electrical propulsion system is introduced.With the aim of addressing the issue of significant delay in response of displacement energy storage control,a direct relationship between system frequency,dynamic positioning displacement energy storage and electric propulsion compensatory torque is established.This enables the participation of displacement energy storage in dynamic frequency regulation,thereby enhancing the stability of the power system frequency.Finally,the model of dynamic positioning offshore platform power system is established by RT-LAB semi-physical platform to verify the power fluctuation mitigation effect of the proposed control method in this paper.
