储能学科体系构建及人才培养模式探讨OA北大核心CSTPCD

中国储能市场已进入规模发展阶段,对储能及其相关领域的人才需求也随之激增,但储能作为一门新型交叉型应用学科,目前在我国尚未建立起完整的学科体系,人才培养模式尚不明确.因此,该文结合现阶段高校储能学科建设以及储能实验平台建设、教材、期刊等情况,指出目前储能学科体系建设存在的问题.在此基础上,围绕储能学科特色,针对储能学科重点,对储能学科体系构建及其人才培养模式进行探讨,并给出相关建议.

China's energy storage market has entered a scale development stage,and the demand for talents in energy storage and its related fields has also surged,but energy storage,as a new cross-cutting applied discipline,has not yet established a complete disciplinary system in China,and the talent cultivation mode is still unclear.Therefore,this paper combines the construction of energy storage disciplines in universities at this stage as well as the construction of experimental platforms for energy storage,teaching materials,journals,etc.,to point out the problems existing in the construction of the current discipline system of energy storage.On this basis,centering on the characteristics of energy storage disciplines,focusing on energy storage disciplines,the construction of energy storage disciplinary system and its talent training mode are discussed and relevant suggestions are given.
