摘要
Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization and economic restructuring,initial designs of industrial parks paid too much attention to the production function,revealing latent issues over time.And the transformation and upgrading of industrial parks has become one of the key initiatives to promote the sustainable development of the city.This paper proposes accelerating the conversion of industrial parks into industrial communities by taking affordable rental housing as a breakthrough.An industrial community is a new type of industrial cluster that is founded on industrial development and incorporates urban living functions.It aims to achieve a synergistic growth between industrial components and the living and working conditions of employees.It is suggested to expedite the guidelines for industrial community construction,improve industrial community planning,clarify the standards,increase land and other policy protection and accelerate the construction of a number of affordable rental housing.关键词
