摘要
Abstract
As a traditional medicinal and food homologous plant,rose not only has ornamental value,but also contains a variety of bioactive components that are beneficial to human body.Among them,rose polysaccharide is one of its main bioactive ingredients,with a variety of beneficial biological activities,including antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,anti-diabetes,liver protection and moisturizing.This review summarized the extraction,purification,structural characteristics,biological activities and relationship between structure and activity of rose polysaccharides,and the potential applications of rose polysaccharides were also analyzed and discussed.关键词
