数学拔尖创新人才培养研究述评与展望OA北大核心CSSCICSTPCD

Review and Outlook on the Research on Cultivation of Outstanding Innovative Talents in Mathematics

随着科教兴国、人才强国、创新驱动发展和教育高质量发展战略的深入实施,数学拔尖创新人才培养研究已成为当前数学教育研究的热点.以三十多年中国知网收录的相关论文为研究对象,采用内容分析法对关于数学拔尖创新人才培养研究的概念界定、培养困境、识别标准、课程设置、师资建设、培养模式等进行了梳理.发现存在着本土研究不足、实践研究偏少、学科研究弱化、研究方法单一等问题.数学拔尖创新人才的未来研究应侧重于制度保障、概念界定、培养机构、师资培养、课程研究、早期识别、后期评价、教学实践、心理和生涯辅导、本土理论建构等方面.

With the in-depth implementation of the strategies of rejuvenating the country through science and education,strengthening the country with talents,innovation-driven development,driving development through innovation,and promoting high-quality education,research on the cultivation of outstanding innovative talents in mathematics has become a hot topic in current mathematics education research.This study takes the relevant papers collected by CNKI for more than thirty years as the research objects,and adopts content analysis method to sort out the concept definition,cultivation difficulties,identification standards,curriculum design,faculty construction,and cultivation models related to the research on cultivating outstanding innovative talents in mathematics.It is found that the current research suffers from insufficient local research,few practical research,weakened disciplinary research,and a lack of diversified research methods.Therefore,this paper suggests that future research on cultivating outstanding innovative talents in mathematics should focus on aspects such as institutional guarantee,concept and definition,cultivation institutions,faculty development,curriculum research,early identification,post-evaluation,teaching practice,psychological and career counseling,and the local theoretical construction.
