抗疲劳组方复合黄芪促进骨骼肌AMPK磷酸化缓解小鼠疲劳作用机制研究
Mechanism of anti-fatigue formula combined with Astragalus membranaceus in promoting AMPK phosphorylation in skeletal muscle to alleviate fatigue in mice

Abstract
Kunming mice were randomly assigned to seven groups:a control group,three anti-fatigue groups with low,medium,and high doses,and three combined Astragalus membranaceus groups with low,medium,and high doses.On the 30th day post-treatment,an exhaustion swimming test was conducted and indicators related to fatigue,energy metabolism,and antioxidant status in the mice were assessed,to explore the mechanism by which a taurine-based anti-fatigue formula combined with Astragalus membranaceus alleviated fatigue.The experimental results showed that compared to the control group,both the anti-fatigue formula alone and the formula combined with Astragalus membranaceus significantly prolonged weight-bearing swimming time of mice,decreased serum lactic acid levels,increased muscle glycogen content,and enhanced AMPK phosphorylation in skeletal muscle(P<0.05).These findings suggested that both the anti-fatigue formula and the combined Astragalus membranaceus formula exhibited positive effects in alleviate fatigue,primarily through mechanisms such as increasing muscle glycogen content,enhancing antioxidant capacity,and activating skeletal muscle AMPK,with the combined Astragalus membranaceus formula displaying a more pronounced anti-fatigue effect.关键词
