孕期维生素D营养状况与新生儿佝偻病发生的相关性分析
Analysis of The Correlation Between Maternal Vitamin D Nutritional Status During Pregnancy and The Development of Rickets in Newborns

Abstract
[Objective]To investigate the correlation between maternal vitamin D nutritional status during pregnancy and the develop-ment of rickets in newborns.[Method]Totally 1000 cases of newborns and mothers hospitalised in Xichang People's Hospital from January 2023 to February 2024 were collected as study subjects. Questionnaires and electronic medical records were used to collect the general conditions of pregnant women and newborns,and the serum 25(OH)D level of pregnant women was obtained as an indicator for determining vitamin D nutritional status through the data of previous obstetrics records,while the vitamin D nutritional status of newborns was assessed using the serum 25(OH)D level. In addition,blood calcium (Ca),phosphorus (P) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) levels were measured in newborns. The nutritional status of vitamin D in pregnant women during pregnancy and the occurrence of rickets in newborns were counted and the relationship between the two was investigated.[Result]The incidence of rickets in newborns was 12.20 per cent,and the rate of vitamin insufficiency/deficiency during pregnancy in pregnant women was 27.70 per cent. Neonatal season of birth in winter/spring,low blood Ca,P and serum 25(OH)D levels,and high blood ALP were risk factors for the development of rickets in neonates (OR>1,P<0.05). Maternal vitamin D supplementation during pregnancy,and normal vitamin D nutritional status during pregnancy were protective factors for the development of rickets in neonates (OR<1,P<0.05).[Conclusion]The incidence of neonatal rickets and the rate of vitamin D insufficiency/deficiency in pregnant women during pregnancy are high,and the nutritional status of vitamin D in pregnant women during pregnancy is closely related to the occurrence of neonatal rickets,which should be paid attention to the nutritional status of vitamin D in pregnant women during pregnancy and supplementation should be carried out in order to prevent the development of neonatal rickets.关键词
