Abstract
T/R multifunctional chip is the key component in phased array radar,including RF,digital and drive circuit modules,and its evaluation process of electrical performance and function is very complicated.In the evaluation process of electrical performance and function,it is required that the digital timing control signals can be flexibly configured,the input timing of the measured circuit can correspond to its response one by one,and the digital readback signal can be displayed intuitively.Based on FT245RNL USB interface chip and EP4CE10E22C8 FPGA,a control circuit for the evaluation of T/R multifunctional chip is designed,and the electrical performance and function of the chip are evaluated by combining vector network analyzer,source meter and other instruments.The results show that the upper computer application software can accurately control the transmission and reception of digital signals.The scheme shows good universality in the digital design of T/R multifunctional chip evaluation system,and provides a practical idea for the evaluation of such circuits.关键词
