Abstract
School-based research is a form of continuing education that takes schools as its foundation,aiming primarily to meet teachers'professional development needs.It closely integrates educational practice,research,and advanced learning,characterized by its reflective,collaborative,and exploratory nature.Teacher's subjectivity is an essential component of school-based professional development,grounded in teaching practice,centered on teachers'needs,supported by learning organizations,and driven by reflective practice.Based on this framework,fostering teachers'subjectivity should focus on the following:establishing institutional mechanisms for school-based professional development to support teacher growth;building a cooperative culture of inter-subjective interaction based on"symmetrical"communication;leveraging online pro-fessional development to meet teachers'individualized needs;and enhancing teachers'agency through self-directed learn-ing.关键词
