摘要

Abstract

"The dignity of teachers and morals"is a standard of teacher-student relationship rooted in our cultural tradition.It not only shows the social trend of respecting teachers and valuing education,but also contains the expectation and require-ment of teachers'quality,which has indelible reference significance in the development of modern teacher-student relation-ship.As the"origin text"of"teacher's dignity",Xueji outlines the central meaning of"teacher's dignity",including the emotional tone of"closing teacher",the core characteristics of"following ambition",and the behavior logic of"respecting teacher".However,there are"ill teacher","contrary ambition"and"light teacher"in reality.Correspondingly,to the e-motional loss,core alienation,behavior deviation of"teacher's dignity",its original attributes are completely covered.Based on the unique meaning of"teacher's dignity",the ways to reconstruct"teacher's dignity"with modern thinking in-clude:taking"respecting him"as the premise of"respecting him",re-establishing the emotional tone of closeness and love;strengthen the scientificity and artistry of teaching,sublimate the intrinsic value of teachers'dignity;construct social communication path and cultivate people's conscious behavior of respecting teachers and valuing education.
