The Historical Context and New Era development direction of District and County Teacher Development Institutions in China
摘要
Abstract
A high-quality teaching workforce is an important foundation for building a strong educational nation,and the de-velopment of teachers cannot be separated from the support of a high-quality teacher education system.District and county teacher development institutions are an important part of Chinese characteristic teacher education system,playing a unique role in promoting teachers'professional development,forming a Chinese-style teaching research mechanism,and promoting educational reform and innovation.The study has sorted out the historical context of the names and functions of district and county teacher development institutions,analyzed the development trends and practical dilemmas faced by these institutions in the new era.Based on this,the paper discusses the functional transformation and development direction of district and county teacher development institutions in the new era from aspects such as clarifying functional positioning,improving oper-ation mechanisms,strengthening professional roles,and promoting digital empowerment.关键词
