Studies on the Application of Bacillus licheniformis in the Production of Meat Rabbits

研究饲粮中地衣芽孢杆菌(Bacillus licheniformis)水平对肉兔生长性能、养分表观消化率、血液生化指标、消化道酶活性和十二指肠组织形态的影响.采用单因素完全随机设计,选用(35±2)日龄健康、体重相近、公母各半的伊拉肉兔120只,随机分为4个处理组,每组5个重复,每个重复6只肉兔.对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在饲喂基础饲粮基础上分别添加70,140,210 g·t-1地衣芽孢杆菌.预试期7d,正试期35 d.试验结果表明:与对照组相比,210 g·t-1处理显著提高肉兔末重(p<0.05),140 g·t-1和210 g·t-1处理显著降低料重比(p<0.05).与对照组、70 g·t-1处理、140 g·t-1处理相比,210 g·t-1处理显著提高肉兔平均日增重(p<0.05);210 g·t-1处理肉兔的死亡率最低.与对照组相比,210 g·t-1处理显著提高肉兔对饲粮中粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维和总能的表观消化率(p<0.05).与对照组和70 g·t-1处理相比,210 g·t-1处理显著降低肉兔血糖浓度(p<0.05);与对照组相比,140 g·t-1和210 g·t-1处理显著降低血清尿素氮浓度(p<0.05),210 g·t-1处理显著提高总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白浓度(p<0.05).与对照组和70 g·t-1处理相比,140 g·t-1和210 g·t-1处理显著提高肉兔空肠脂肪酶活性(p<0.05),210 g·t-1处理显著提高回肠淀粉酶活性(p<0.05);与对照组、70 g·t-1处理、140 g·t-1处理相比,210 g·t-1处理显著提高回肠脂肪酶和胰蛋白酶活性(p<0.05).与对照组相比,210 g·t-1处理显著增加肉兔十二指肠绒毛长度并提高绒隐比(p<0.05).综上所述,饲粮中添加地衣芽孢杆菌可以提高肉兔末重、饲料转化率等生长性能,改善养分表观消化率,提高蛋白等血液生化指标和消化道酶活性,促进肠道发育.在本试验条件下,地衣芽孢杆菌适宜添加水平为210 g·t-1.

This experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary Bacillus licheniformis levels on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,blood biochemical indices,digestive enzyme activity and intestinal development of meat rabbits.A total of 120(35±2)-day-old Hyla meat rabbits(1/2 female)with good body condition and similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates per group and 6 per replicate.Rabbits in the control group were fed a basal diet.Rabbits in the other groups were fed the basal diet supplemented respectively with 70,140 and 210 g·t-1 Bacillus licheniformis.The pre-trial period lasted for 7 days,the formal trial period lasted for 35 days.The results showed as follows:210 g·t-1 Bacillus licheniformis significantly increased the final weight of meat rabbits(p<0.05)compared with the control group,140 and 210 g·t-1 Bacillus licheniformis significantly decreased the ratio of feed to gain(p<0.05).70,140 and 210 g·t-1 Bacillus licheniformis significantly increased average daily gain(p<0.05).The mortality rate of 210 g·t-1 Bacillus licheniformis rabbits was the lowest.210 g·t-1 Bacillus licheniformis significantly increased the apparent digestibility of crude protein,crude fat,crude fiber and total energy(p<0.05)compared with the control group.210 g·t-1 Bacillus licheniformis significantly decreased Bacillus licheniformis blood glucose concentration(p<0.05)compared with control group and 70 g·t-1 Bacillus licheniformis.Compared with control group,140 and 210 g·t-1 Bacillus licheniformis significantly decreased urea nitrogen concentration(p<0.05).210 g·t-1 Bacillus licheniformis significantly increased the concentration of total protein,albumin and globulin(p<0.05).Compared with control and 70 g·t-1 Bacillus licheniformis groups,140 and 210 g·t-1 Bacillus licheniformis significantly increased the lipase activity in jejunum(p<0.05),210 g·t-1 Bacillus licheniformis significantly increased the amylase activity in ileum(p<0.05);70,140 and 210 g·t-1 Bacillus licheniformis significantly increased the activities of lipase and trypsin in ileum(p<0.05)compared with control group.210 g·t-1 Bacillus licheniformis significantly increased duodenal villi length and the ratio of villi length to crypt depth(p<0.05)compared with the control group.In conclusion,dietary supplementation of Bacillus licheniformis can increase growth performance such as final weight and feed conversion rate,increase nutrient apparent digestibility,improve blood biochemical indexes such as protein and digestive enzyme activities,and promote intestinal development of meat rabbits.Under the experimental conditions,the optimal supplemental level of Bacillus licheniformis was 210 g·t-1.
