Advances in Quality Change Mechanisms and Preservation Techniques of Postharvest Peaches
摘要
Abstract
Peach is a high-quality fruit native to China,loved by consumers for its thick flesh,juicy and delicious taste,and fragrant aroma.But the perishability of peach fruits increases the difficulty of their storage,circulation,and trading.This article introduced the physiological changes of peach fruit after harvesting,including respiration,ethylene release,enzyme activity,composition,and texture.It summarized the latest preservation methods based on physical,chemical,and biological preservation regulation technologies.It roposed that dynamic comprehensive regulation preservation technology would be the main trend for future industry development,in order to explore methods suitable for peach fruit storage and transportation preservation,and provide scientific suggestions for related industries.关键词
