Abstract
Xiayedi belongs to the Xinjiang production and construction corps,with a dry and rainy climate,long average annual sunshine hours,abundant light and heat resources,large temperature differences between day and night,flat terrain,deep soil layers,and particularly suitable for the growth of crops such as watermelon.Relying on unique natural resource conditions,traditional fertilization methods,and green and efficient production technology,Xiayedi watermelon has increased the brand awareness of"Xinjiang's first melon"and promoted the healthy development of Xiayedi watermelon industry.This article summarized the field management techniques for selecting land,seeds,sowing,pest and disease control,and harvesting in the process of planting watermelon,in order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of watermelon production.关键词
