摘要

Abstract

The era of digital intelligence,the acceleration of society and technological changes have driven innovation in the field of education,while also giving rise to the time dilemma of teachers.The time dilemma of teachers in the era of digital intelligence is mainly manifested in three aspects:the alienation of time system,the loss of time significance,and the distortion of time culture.To explore the reasons,from the perspectives of society,time,and individuals,the accelerat-ing trend of time diagnosis,the constantly changing time dimension,and the racing time orientation jointly create the time dilemma of teachers.Thus,from the three corresponding dimensions of institutional support,reconstruction of meaning,and cultural return,regaining lost autonomy over time,fostering life resonance rooted in the individual,and reshaping a"qual-ity-focused"approach to time are ideal solutions for alleviating the time dilemma faced by teachers.
