大学教师学术工作的时间困境、成因及纾解
The Temporal Predicament of Academic Work for University Teachers and Its Cause and Solution

Abstract
In people's traditional perceptions,university teachers are often envisioned as enjoying leisure and free-dom,characterized by a relaxed and easygoing lifestyle.However,in the accelerated modern society,university teachers are confronted with the temporal predicament characterized by long working hours that cause their physical and mental tired;fragmented time that deprives them of freedom;low time efficiency that results in academic mediocrity;the acceleration of time has violated academic regular pattern.The generating mechanism behind this phenomenon is technological develop-ment prompting the pace of university teachers'schedules,university meritocracy driving the acceleration of teachers'time,and competitive pressures among university teachers leading to the utility of time.To address this,technology em-powerment is required to enhance the efficiency of time use;the evaluation system should be perfected in accordance with the rules of academic time;utilitarian tendency of academic work should be eliminated,allowing for the pleasures of aca-demic life.Only in this way can the temporal predicament be solved.关键词
