Abstract

Under the background of high-quality development,the specialization of the director of education is of great significance to the high-quality development of regional education,and even to the construction of a powerful country and national rejuvenation.The specialization of the director of education is the professional growth process of the director of education through the long-term exploration of educational practice and the consciousness of theoretical learning to be-come an educational governance worker with good professional accomplishment.The specialization of the director of educa-tion lies in the internal organic unity of"national needs-concept needs-county needs",specifically,it is to implement the Party and state education policies,lead and drive the high-quality development of county education,and organize and pro-mote the modernization of county education governance.However,there are some realistic problems in theory and practice,such as the theory of professional development of the director of education is not clear,the professional standards of selec-tion and assessment are fuzzy,and the ability of professional governance of education is insufficient,which hinder the pro-fessional construction of the director of education.To this end,on the one hand,it is to deepen the research on basic theo-retical issues such as the essential connotation,development stage characteristics and professional literacy structure of the professional development of the director of education,and reverse the prejudice that the director of education does not need professional literacy,and provide a theoretical basis for the specialization of the director of education;on the other hand,establish a professional selection and assessment mechanism of the director of education,conduct professional train-ing for the director of education,improve their professional quality and governance ability,and create a good education ecology with the emergence of highly professional education directors.
