卓越乡村教师本土化培养:内涵意蕴、学理逻辑及实现路径
Localized Cultivation of Excellent Rural Teachers:Connotation,Theoretical Logic and Realization Path

Abstract
In recent years,the state has issued a number of documents,clarifying the direction of the localized culti-vation of excellent rural teachers.The localized cultivation of excellent rural teachers has its connotation different from that of ordinary teachers:the main body of cultivation moves from globalization to localization,the goal of cultivation moves from generalization to excellence,the content of cultivation moves from homogeneity to specialization,and the mode of cul-tivation has changed from universalization to localization.It also has its own theoretical logic:the nature of the localization of rural culture,the mission of local culture inheritance of rural teachers,and the need of high-quality development of ru-ral education.Therefore,based on the local cultural identity and response,a unique path to achieve the localized cultiva-tion of excellent rural teachers could be constructed as follows:targeted enrollment is the necessary choice for the localized cultivation of excellent rural teachers;the curriculum with local characteristics is the core of the localized cultivation of ex-cellent rural teachers;the localized situational learning is the path of the localized cultivation of excellent rural teachers;the U-G-S cooperative education mechanism is the practical guarantee for the localized cultivation of excellent rural teach-ers,and the educationist spirit is the internal motive force for the localized cultivation of excellent rural teachers.关键词
