高中数学竞赛教师留岗意愿影响因素分析
Analysis of Influencing Factors of High School Teachers'Retention Who Teach Mathematical Olympiad

Abstract
High school teachers teaching Mathematical Olympiad are a special and important group of teachers who play a key role in identifying and cultivating students with mathematical talent.The retention of these teachers is also a problem worthy of in-depth investigation.Adopting the grounded theory,this study collected data from 22 high school teachers who teach Mathematical Olympiad through one-to-one semi-structured interviews.Based on the data,the influencing factors model of high school teachers'retention is constructed.It is found that six factors including occupational expectations,occupational supplies,occupational consumption,on-campus factors,off-campus factors and their own factors,which interact with each other and directly or indirectly affect the high school teachers'retention who teach Mathematical Olympiad.Based on the research results,the following suggestions are put forward:build a high-quality professional development platform to pave"A Way Forward"for teachers'development;adhere to the educational concept of moral education and set up the"scientific orientation"of teaching evaluation;care for the physical and mental health of teachers and build the"strong backing"for the excellent training project;strengthen the construction of mathematics culture in the school,and build a"spiritual home"for Mathematical Olympiad teachers.关键词
