摘要

Abstract

The generative artificial intelligence such as ChatGPT has brought a great impact and challenges to educa-tion since its launch.Governments have cleared their basic positions and expressed key issues on the application of gener-ative AI in education by issuing administrative orders and formulating guidelines.Among them,the British government is extremely concerned about the risk prevention of generative artificial intelligence,while the United States holds a positive attitude towards the innovative value of artificial intelligence in the educational scene and attaches great importance to technology research and development and legal revision.Japan actively guides schools at all levels to use generative artifi-cial intelligence to promote the cultivation of information application ability.There are differences in policies among differ-ent countries,but there are also some commonalities,such as the unanimous emphasis on the importance of regulation,the general recognition of governance principles such as transparency,fairness and responsibility,and the gradual development of international cooperation.In order to cope with the future development of generative AI,the Chinese government should further promote the top-level design,improve the supervision and evaluation,attach importance to educational equity,and strengthen international exchanges.
