基于LaCoFeO3CoxFey的高性能电磁波吸收材料研究
High performance electromagnetic wave absorbing materials based on LaCoFeO3CoxFey

Abstract
To improve the electromagnetic signal recognition distance of the defect sensing device for distribution network lines,an electromagnetic wave absorbing material based on LaCoFeO3CoxFey was proposed.Nano CoxFey alloy particles were uniformly embedded on the surface of the perovskite oxide LaCoFeO3 matrix through a dissolution strategy,which can effectively avoid agglomeration effects and optimize the electromagnetic wave absorption performance of the material.The experimental results show that with the increase of cobalt nitrate addition,the content of Fe0 and Co0 in the material decreases,the conductivity first increases and then decreases,while the attenuation constant significantly increases and the radar cross-section value decreases.Especially,when the amount of cobalt nitrate doption is 0.5 mmol,the attenuation constant of the material reaches 143 at a frequency of 10 GHz,demonstrating excellent electromagnetic wave absorption performance.This electromagnetic wave absorbing material can be applied in the defect sensing devices for distribution network lines,which can effectively improve the electromagnetic signal induction distance of the device.It is of great significance for improvement of the electronic equipment and electromagnetic signal recognition technology.关键词
